We are a family owned and operated Saskatoon based rental company. We currently own and manage eight different rental properties in various areas of Saskatoon. Our Dad (Lester) started out with one building 20 years ago and we have grown into the company we are today.

We do all of our own repairs and maintenance to keep the costs of repairs down so that our tenants don't see frequent raises in their rent. We have a high standard that we maintain by working very hard at getting problems solved and fixed in a timely manner. All of the Owners/Managers have cell phones, so there is never an issue in contacting someone to report a complaint or a repair. Most of our buildings also have live-in Caretakers for emergencies.
